according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on LPKF Laser & Electronics AG, Garbsen, Deutschland, have exceeded
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 19, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 3.26% (this corresponds to 725,341 Voting Rights). Of these
voting rights, 3.26% (725,341 voting rights) are to be attributed to
Wasatch Funds Trust according to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6
WpHG.
On July 22, 2013, Wasatch Advisors, Inc., Salt Lake City, USA has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on LPKF Laser & Electronics AG, Garbsen, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 19, 2013 and on that
day amounted to 3.26% (this corresponds to 725,341 Voting Rights). Of these
voting rights, 3.26% (725,341 voting rights) are to be attributed to
Wasatch Advisors, Inc. according to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6
WpHG.

the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 19, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 3.26% (this corresponds to 725,341 Voting Rights). Of these
voting rights, 3.26% (725,341 voting rights) are to be attributed to WA
Holdings Inc. according to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in
connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.
