Dissemination of a Voting Rights Announcement, transmitted by

Mr Jörg Bantleon, Germany informed us on October 13, 2016 pursuant to Art.
27a(1) WpHG thereby making reference to the exceedance of the threshold of
10% or a higher threshold from September 16, 2016, as follows:

1. The investment is mainly used to implement strategic objectives,
whereupon selling the shares is not excluded.

2. The reporting person does intend to consider the further acquisition of
voting rights and to acquire further voting rights within the next 12
months subject to market development, when indicated.

3. The reporting person does not, at present, intend to influence the
composition of the issuers' administration, management or supervisory
board.

4. The reporting person does not, at present, intend to change the capital
structure of the company, especially with regards to the ratio of
internal/outside financing and the dividend policy.

5. Concerning the source of funds, the capital is financed by 100% through
equity capital with which the reporting person needs to finance the
acquisition of the voting rights.
