informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on LPKF Laser & Electronics Aktiengesellschaft, Garbsen,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November
16, 2015 and on that day amounted to 3.036% (this corresponds to 676100
Voting Rights).

attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
