On July 4th, 2014, Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH, Frankfurt/Main,
Germany, has informed us according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on LPKF Laser & Electronics AG, Garbsen,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 1st,
2014 and on that day amounted to 3.32% (this corresponds to 739,666 Voting
Rights). Of these Voting Rights, 0.76% (169,666 Voting Rights) are to be
attributed to Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH according to Article 22
Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG.
