On that day, The Capital Group Companies, Inc., held 3.12% (5,557,985 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)) in relation to all voting rights in Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA.
3.12% (5,557,985 ordinary shares) of all voting rights in Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA were attributed to The Capital Group Companies, Inc. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22 para. 1 sent. 2 and sent. 3 WpHG.
