On 4 December 2007 Fidelity Management & Research Company exceeded the threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in Fresenius SE, Else-Kröner-Straße 1, 61352 Bad Homburg v.d.H., Germany. On that date, Fidelity Management & Research Company held 3.03 % of the voting rights in Fresenius SE arising from 2,346,900 voting rights.
