fallen below the threshold of 3% on July 27, 2010  and amounts to 2.11%
(17,457,717 voting rights) on that day. All of the voting rights are
attributable to BlackRock Group Limited pursuant to Article 22 Section 1
Sentence 1 No 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.
