according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Bayer Aktiengesellschaft, Leverkusen, Germany, have fallen below
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 15, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 2.49% (this corresponds to 20623972 Voting Rights). 0.05 % of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 393310 Voting Rights) are directly
held by the company.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.38% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 19690187 Voting Rights) is to be
