informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Bayer Aktiengesellschaft, Leverkusen, Germany, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 02, 2013 and on that
day amounted to 3.23% (this corresponds to 26727045 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.23% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 26727045 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  via Credit Suisse Investments Holdings (UK) and 
Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited.
