Corporate culture

We take the well-being of our employees very seriously. We have therefore created a working environment which stimulates both creativity and enthusiasm, and in which our staff can be open and treat each other with respect. Our culture is characterised by regular get-togethers and we live our values in our daily work together.

 

Corporate volunteering

Honouring our corporate culture and in response to a staff survey, where over 90% of participants expressed interested in volunteering, ZEAL Group have developed a corporate volunteering program to reflect those wishes. This gives our employees an opportunity to get personally involved and donate their skills and time to the good causes in the CSR program. Promotion of women

It goes without saying for us, that women should have the same opportunities and possibilities as their male colleagues. The ratio of women employed at our company is over 50 percent.

 

Personal development

In a fast-changing working environment, continuous learning is essential. We therefore offer every employee the opportunity to extend their knowledge by attending external seminars at least once per year. The annual performance review helps guarantee fairness with regard to assessment, feedback, strengths, development areas and salary.
