ZEAL holds equity interests in a number of companies in the UK and Spain, which enable participation in lottery-based games via the Internet. Shares in ZEAL Network SE have been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2005. The company was admitted to the SDAX index in June 2009 and changed the legal form to European public company. On 7 February 2014 ZEAL relocated its registered office to London.
