Resignation of Director and withdrawal of AGM resolution

The Board of Range wishes to advise that Mr David Yu Chen has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Director, effective immediately. The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its appreciation to Mr Chen for his contributions to the Company during his period of service.

As a result, Resolution 2, the re-election of Mr David Yu Chen currently tabled for the Company's Annual General Meeting on 25 November 2016 has been withdrawn. The withdrawal of Resolution 2 will not affect the validity of the proxy form attached to the Notice of Annual General Meeting announced on 21 October 2016 or any proxy votes already made.
