Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (the "Company") has declared a dividend in respect of the period 1 April to 30 June 2017 of 1.625 pence per Share, payable on 25 August 2017 to Shareholders on the register at 4 August 2017. The ex-dividend date will be 3 August 2017.
