Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (the 'Company') has declared a dividend in respect of the period 1 July 2016 to 30 September 2016 of 1.625 pence per Share, payable on 11 November 2016 to Shareholders on the register at 4 November 2016. The ex-dividend date will be 3 November 2016.
