Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (the 'Company') announces that on 29 July 2016 it received full repayment of EUR24 million in relation to the W Hotel, Amsterdam loan as a result of the refinancing of the property following completion of the development.

Following repayment of this loan, the Company's portfolio maturity profile is as shown below:
