Transaction in Own Shares

Arden Partners plc (AIM: ARDN.L), announces that on 25 October 2018 it purchased a total of 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share. These Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury.

Following the above purchase, Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises 33,378,935 Ordinary Shares, of which 2,437,145 are held in treasury.
