The Board of Elecosoft announces that Graham Spratling, Finance Director of Elecosoft, will be leaving the Company upon completion of Elecosoft's year-end accounts. Graham has been with the Company for nine years and the Board wishes to acknowledge his contribution and hard work during his time with the Company, particularly his contribution in Elecosoft's transition period from a Building Products company to a Software company. The Board has begun the search for Graham's successor and an announcement will be made at the appropriate time.
