Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

The Company has today published a supplementary prospectus approved by the UK Listing Authority.  The publication of the supplementary prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Rules following the publication of the Company's audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2015.

The supplementary prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the prospectus published by the Company on 7 September 2015 in relation to Initial Placing of New Ordinary Shares and C Shares, Placing Programme of New Ordinary Shares and/or C Shares, admission of the New Ordinary Shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market and admission of the C Shares to the standard listing segment of the Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.

A copy of the supplementary prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
