Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited: Dividend Declaration

Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (the "Company") has declared a dividend in respect of the period 1 July 2015 to 30 September 2015 of 1.75 pence per Share, payable on 12 November 2015 to Shareholders on the register at 30 October 2015. The ex-dividend date will be 29 October 2015.
