Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited: Dividend Declaration

Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (the "Company") has declared a dividend in respect of the period from 1 January 2014 to 31 March 2014 of 1.25 pence per Share, payable on 23 May 2014 to Shareholders on the register on 2 May 2014. The ex-dividend date will be 30 April 2014.
