Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited announces Jon Bridel, a Non Executive Director member of the Board, has informed the Company that he is a Non-Executive Director of DP Aircraft 1 Limited, which was admitted to listing on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange and trading on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange on 4 October 2013. There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Bridel.
