In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited announces that Jonathan Bridel, a member of the Board of Directors, has informed the Company that The Renewables Infrastructure Group Limited, a company incorporated in Guernsey of which he is a Director, was admitted to the Official List of the UKLA and will start trading on the London Stock Exchange on 29 July 2013.
