Total Voting Rights Update

Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (the "Company") announces that, following the Issues of Equity announced on 4 and 9 April 2013, the total voting rights in respect of the Company are now 238,100,000.

Accordingly, the current issued share capital consists of 238,100,000 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.  Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
