Steel elegance: Kitchen aesthetics from ALNOINOX

Enger/Hiddenhausen, 19.09.2015 – ALNOINOX has always stood for timeless simplicity. For the second time now, the ALNO Group's Swiss stainless steel kitchen manufacturer is taking part in the DESIGN TOUR. To mark the 'Kitchen Mile A30' trade show, the company from Arbon on Lake Constance will be demonstrating a self-contained kitchen concept that is constantly undergoing further development. It features a sophisticated design which will satisfy even the most demanding requirements. For 2016, ALNOINOX is announcing an expansion to its colour palette, thereby following the express wishes of its long-standing customers.

The stainless steel kitchens from the long-established, Forster Schweizer Stahlküchen, are marketed outside Switzerland under the name ALNOINOX; for more than 50 years, they have been blazing a trail in terms of quality, function, design, innovative potential and lasting value. They are an unmistakeable original, and in a class of their own.

Ingenious minimalism

Steel kitchens from ALNOINOX are extremely durable, timeless and straightforward in design. A unique construction process was specially developed for front panels and shelves: A cardboard honeycomb integrated between the steel sheets provides maximum stability. This sandwich technology prevents vibrations from propagating and also ensures that drawers and pull-out units slide silently.

The unusual robustness of stainless steel kitchens is also expressed in details such as the hinges recessed into the furniture to provide for maximum stability: Thanks to the award-winning, maintenance-free design, cabinet doors with a height of up to 2.80 metres can be attached with only two hinges.

A lifetime of steel

The surfaces of the kitchen furniture made from rust-resistant stainless steel are hygienic and durable – the powder coating is stove-enamelled at up to 200 °C, making for a resistant, grease-repellent surface that is easy to care for. Thanks to the sealing of the material, kitchens from ALNOINOX are insensitive to scratches and finger marks, and look like new even after years have gone by. The electrolytically galvanised material does not absorb either flavours or odours, it is absolutely resistant to steam and rust, can be cleaned easily and also meets the most stringent hygiene requirements. This means kitchens from ALNOINOX with their pore-free surfaces are also the first choice for allergy sufferers or people with food intolerances.

A vibrant 2016

To mark the 'Kitchen Mile A30', ALNOINOX is announcing a refinement to its offering: From next year onwards, the company will be expanding its colour palette. The stainless steel kitchens will then also be available in muted copper tones.

The colouring of ALNOINOX kitchens is in line with CNS Calibrated Matching Standards, according to which colour spectra can be defined with absolute precision. As well as classic tones such as silver, titanium, gold, metallic anthracite or metallic brown, ALNOINOX can supply its customers with all other CNS colours on request – including red, yellow or white.

All new products from the ALNO Group can currently be seen on the 2015 DESIGN TOUR as part of the 'Kitchen Mile A30' trade show. The exhibition centre in Enger/Hiddenhausen is one of the largest in the show with 70 kitchens on an area of 3,500 m2 .
