ALNO AG annual general meeting: All agenda items approved by large majority

- Headquarters to return to Pfullendorf

- Ratification of acts of executive board postponed

- Ruth Falise-Grauer and Norbert J. Orth appointed to supervisory board

Düsseldorf, July 14, 2011 - ALNO AG shareholders have approved the relocation of its headquarters from Düsseldorf back to Pfullendorf as proposed by new CEO Max Müller and also signed off on all of the management's other proposals by a large majority. 57.73 % of the capital carrying voting rights were present in person or through representatives.

'We will do everything in our power to drive forward this company, which is so rich in tradition, to where I am convinced it belongs: the top of our industry,' said CEO Max Müller in his speech. His primary goals for the next two years are an increase in turnover, an improved EBIT margin and a strengthening of the equity ratio.

With regard to the company headquarters returning to Pfullendorf, Max Müller added: 'we feel comfortable in Pfullendorf, we are saving money and our workforce supports the decision.'

ALNO AG postponed the ratification of previous board members Jörg Deisel, Jörg Artmann and Michael Paterka.

The AGM also authorised the management board to carry out a one-time-only or repeated issuance of options and/or convertible bonds until 13th July 2016 as well as an increase in ALNO AG's share capital by up to EUR 33,923,471.40 through the issuance of up to 13,047,489 ordinary shares.

Armin Weil and Christoph Maaß left their positions as shareholder representatives in the supervisory board at the conclusion of the AGM. Ruth Falise-Grauer, an independent industrial- and interior designer, and Norbert J. Orth, an investor, were appointed as their successors to the supervisory board with immediate effect.

Documentation from the AGM will be published on the company's website www.alno.de
