Kirchheim/Teck, Germany - 6th July 2010 - Dialog Semiconductor plc (FWB:
DLG), a leading provider of high integrated innovative Power Management
Semiconductor solutions, will hold its Second Quarter 2010 earnings call on

The Company's Second Quarter 2010 financial results will be released at
