Kirchheim/Teck, Germany, 14 July 2009 - Dialog Semiconductor plc (FWB:

Semiconductor solutions, will hold its second quarter 2009 earnings call on
Tuesday 28 July 2009 at 10.00 am CET. The Company's second quarter
financial results will be released at approximately 8.00 am CET.
