voting rights in the Company. 1% of the partnership interest in Goldman,
Sachs & Co. oHG is held by Goldman, Sachs & Co. Finanz GmbH, Frankfurt am
Main, Germany. 99% of the partnership interest in Goldman, Sachs & Co. oHG
are held by Goldman Sachs (Cayman) Holding Company, Georgetown, Grand
Cayman, Cayman Island. 100% of the shares in Goldman Sachs (Cayman)
Holding Company are held by The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., New York, NY
10004, USA, and 100% of the shares in Goldman, Sachs & Co. Finanz GmbH are
held by The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
1. Herewith, we notify you pursuant to section 21 para. 1a WpHG on behalf
of Goldman, Sachs & Co. oHG that on June 27, 2007 its holding of voting
rights in the Company amounted to 41.56% (8,888,889 voting rights). The
voting rights were held directly by Goldman, Sachs & Co. oHG.

of the aforementioned entities amounted to 41.56% (8,888,889 voting
rights). The voting rights were attributed to each of the aforementioned
entities pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
