SNP AG presents provisional figures for 2015 and issues revenue outlook for
2016

  - Consolidated revenue in 2015: EUR 56.3 million

  - EBIT in 2015: EUR 4.5 million

  - Revenue forecast for 2016: consolidated revenue to increase further to
    EUR 72 - 78 million

Heidelberg, 29 January 2016 - SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner AG can
look back at a very successful 2015 financial year with strong growth.
According to provisional calculations, which have not yet been audited,
total revenue climbed by around 85% from EUR 30.5 million in the previous
year to EUR 56.3 million. EBIT amounted to EUR 4.5 million (previous year:
EUR 1.4 million). The significant increase in the revenue volume combined
with high profitability in the projects caused the EBIT margin to rise to
approximately 8% (previous year: 4.7%) in the 2015 financial year. As such,
SNP AG confirmed its revenue and earnings forecast that was last raised in
December last year.

The very positive development of the order situation throughout the past
financial year has continued in the first few weeks of the 2016 financial
year. SNP AG is continuing to see strong demand for its solutions and
software. For the current financial year, the Executive Board anticipates
further revenue growth and expects consolidated revenue to amount to
between EUR 72 million and EUR 78 million in the 2016 financial year.

The company will publish an earnings forecast when the complete annual
report is presented on 30 March 2016.
