Mai 2010 folgende Mitteilung gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG gemacht: 'On 04 May 2010 the voting rights held by Fidelity Management & Research Company fell below the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in Rheinmetall AG, Rheinmetall Platz 1, 40476 Duesseldorf, Germany. On that date, Fidelity Management & Research Company held 3.85 % of the voting rights in Rheinmetall AG, arising from 1,524,990 voting rights. All voting rights in Rheinmetall AG were attributed to Fidelity Management & Research Company pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no 6 WpHG.' Die FMR LLC, Boston, USA, hat der Rheinmetall AG mit Fax vom 06. Mai 2010 folgende Mitteilung gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG gemacht: 'On 04 May 2010 the voting rights held by FMR LLC fell below the threshold of 5 % of the voting rights in Rheinmetall AG, Rheinmetall Platz 1, 40476 Duesseldorf, Germany. On that date, FMR LLC held 4.22 % of the voting rights in Rheinmetall AG, arising from 1,671,491 voting rights. All voting rights in Rheinmetall AG were attributed to FMR LLC pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.'
