As of 1 January 2015, Wellington Management Company LLP has changed its name to Wellington Management Group LLP and held a position of 1.297.250 voting rights (equaling to 3.28 %) on that date that is attributed pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG. Furthermore, of the total 1.297.250 voting rights a portion of 499,957 voting rights (equaling to 1,26 % of the total voting rights) is attributed to Wellington Management Group LLP pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG as well as pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.'
