Further, Macquarie BH Pty Limited, Sydney, Australia, gives notice pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1, 22 para. 1 sent. 1 WpHG that on June 4, 2009 the voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG fell below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 1,73% (900,000 voting rights) on this day, whereby the aforementioned voting rights have to be attributed pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
