On that date, FIL Limited held 5.0023% of the voting rights in CTS Eventim AG arising from 1,200,559 voting rights. All voting rights in CTS Eventim AG were attributed to FIL Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. Weiterhin wurde uns am 01.092008 von der FIL Investment Management Limited, Hildenborough, Kent, England folgendes mitgeteilt: On 27 November 2008 FIL Investment Management Limited crossed above the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in CTS Eventim AG, Contrescarpe 75 A, 28195 Bremen, Germany. On that date, FIL Investment Management Limited held 5.0023% of the voting rights in CTS Eventim AG arising from 1,200,559 voting rights.
