Brenntag AG: Veröffentlichung gemäß § 26 Abs. 1 WpHG mit dem Ziel der europaweiten Verbreitung Brenntag AG 29.04.2015 15:37 Veröffentlichung einer Stimmrechtsmitteilung, übermittelt durch DGAP - ein Service der EQS Group AG. Die BlackRock Holdco2, Inc., Wilmington, DE, U.S.A., hat uns gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG am 28.04.2015 mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil an der Brenntag AG, Stinnes-Platz 1, 45472 Mülheim an der Ruhr, Deutschland am 24.04.2015 die Schwelle von 5% der Stimmrechte überschritten hat und an diesem Tag 5,003% (das entspricht 7.730.125 Stimmrechten) betragen hat. 2,30 % der Stimmrechte (das entspricht 3.548.272 Stimmrechten) sind der Gesellschaft gemäß § 22 Abs. 1, Satz 1, Nr. 1 WpHG zuzurechnen. 3,05 % der Stimmrechte (das entspricht 4.710.546 Stimmrechten) sind der Gesellschaft gemäß § 22 Abs. 1, Satz 1, Nr. 6 in Verbindung mit Satz 2 WpHG zuzurechnen. This results from voting rights having multiple attributions within the BlackRock group structure.
