Correction of notification of voting rights We, Schroders plc. write to advise you, that in accordance with sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that our holding of voting rights in SFC Smart Fuel Cell, Brunnthal, Germany (ISIN DE0007568578) exceeded the 3% threshold and amounted to 3.07% (equivalent to 219,500 voting rights of 7,152,887 total voting rights) on 09 September 2009 (settlement date), and exceeded the 5% threshold and amounted to 5.19% (equivalent to 371,356 voting rights of 7,152,887 total voting rights) on 21 December 2009 (settlement date). These voting rights in the amount of 3.07% (equivalent to 219,500 voting rights) on 9 September 2009 and 5.19% (equivalent to 371,356 voting rights) on 21 December 2009 are in their entirety attributable to Schroders plc pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1, sent. 1 no 6 WpHG in connection with sec. 22, para. 1, sent 2 WpHG.
