Weiter wurde uns Folgendes mitgeteilt: Mitteilung nach § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company, Wilmington, Delaware, USA (the 'Notifying Party'), notifies that its shareholding in SFC Energy AG, Brunnthal, Germany (the 'Company'), fell below the thresholds of 3% and 5% of the voting rights in the Company on April 5, 2011 and amounts to 0% (0 voting rights) as per this date.
