R&H Holdings Ltd., with registered office Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands ('Reporting Person'), herewith notifies that the percentage of its voting rights in SFC Energy AG, Brunnthal, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5% and 10% on March 31, 2011 and amounts to 10.72% (766,788 voting rights) as per this date.

Of these voting rights, 10.72% (766,788 voting rights) are to be attributed to the Reporting Person pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 5 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in SFC Energy AG are to be attributed to the Reporting Person: - Sebastian Felix Günther
- DuPont Operations, Inc.

Weiter wurde uns Folgendes mitgeteilt:
