December 2010 Invesco Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda, informed us as follows: Retraction of two notifications (dated 05.03.2009) pursuant to sec.21 para.1 sent 1 WpHG We hereby retract the notifications in respect of Rheinmetall AG on behalf of Invesco Limited, referring to the exceedance of 3 % on 17th of February 2009 and the fall below 3 % on 19th Febuary 2009. Invesco Limited hat not breached any relevant thresholds according to §21 WpHG on these dates.
